Warriors bracelet part 1

Hello!
Since I am a huge Warriors by Erin Hunter fan, I decided to make a bracelet with Warriors book charms.

I used the DAS clay, because from my experience it works really good.
Then I also used my trusty kitchen knife and a clay nife.
First I printed the book covers out. I screenshoted the warriorcats.com page and put that to Microsoft Word. Then I printed it out and I think the size of the pictures were really close to what I had in mind. Then I cut them all out with the book name and series name so I could keep them nicely organised.

After placing the picture on the clay I carefully cut around it with my kitchen knife.

Then I took the cover off and smoothed out some littke cracks in there. Then taking my clay knife I created some stripes on all sides, except one to imitate the pages. I used my real Warriors book as a guide for creating the "pages". Just don't push the knife too deep or the clay will come apart later.
Then I took little golden hooks and carefully pushed one into the clay.
This is what it should look like.
Then I took the clay book that we just created, my book cover and the name tag and placed it on some plastic to let it dry.
On my clay package it says to let it dry for 24 hours, but if you are using oven baked clay then put it in the oven right after you have pushed in the little hook.
Next time I'll show you how to create a bracelet out of them so stay tuned.
